Inclusive design unrestricted by borders.

The use of natural, sustainable, and green materials to create a ‘biophilic’ design look and feel aligns with the BUPA's brand and values – creating a softer approach than typical Hong Kong workplace environments. Employee wellbeing was a key driver inspired the design concept of “Tea | 茶”, a cultural and social link between China and the UK bringing together all aspects of the business. The symbolic nature of tea, welcoming, comforting, and healing is represented throughout the design natural colour palette.

Beyond brilliant – best I’ve worked with globally.

The challenge of consideration of privacy, security and access to drug stores and other sensitive areas versus agile working and limited fixed work points was addressed through careful adjacency planning.

The solution respects and recognises each business within a consistent pallet of finishes adjusted through colour only to signify each across two floors of the Quayside office building.
